Warranty Policy

Vintara Design (hereafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our") provides this Warranty Policy to our customers ("you" or "your") who purchase our furniture products. Our furniture is warranted to be free from defective materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Coverage: Our warranty periods vary by product and commence from the date of delivery. The specific durations and terms of the warranty applicable to each furniture category are detailed in the Warranty Period Table at the end of this document.
Coverage Includes: Repair or replacement of parts found to be defective due to manufacturing errors. Costs associated with the replacement of defective parts, including materials, labor, and transportation.
Exclusions and Limitations:
  1. Care and Usage: This warranty is valid only if the furniture is maintained according to the care instructions provided. It does not cover damages from the use of detergents, abrasives, or harsh cleaning agents.
  2. Damage Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents (e.g., burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage).
  3. Outdoor Use: Products are only warranted for indoor use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  4. Unauthorized Modifications: Any modifications made by the customer or by third parties not authorized by Vintara Design will void this warranty.
  5. 'AS-IS' and Display Items: Items sold 'AS-IS' or as display models at the time of purchase are not covered under this warranty.
  6. Non-Vintara Purchases: Items not purchased directly from Vintara Design or through an authorized dealer are not covered.

Claim Procedure: To submit a warranty claim, email us at service@vintaradesign.com with your order number and attached photographs clearly showing the defect.

Our customer service team will assess your claim and respond with the next steps.

Decision Authority: Decisions regarding the nature of defects and the appropriate resolution (repair or replacement) are at our sole discretion. These decisions are final and binding.

Continued Coverage: Any item repaired or replaced under this warranty will continue to be covered by the terms of the original warranty period only.

Subjective Issues: Comfort preferences are subjective and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Post-Warranty Assistance: For defects that are detected after the expiration of the warranty period, we can provide repair services at a cost. This includes materials, parts, labor, and transportation which will be charged to the customer.

Warranty Period Table: All Vintara Design products are covered under warranty for a period of one year from the date of delivery. This warranty period applies uniformly to all furniture products sold by Vintara Design.
