About Shipping

  • Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage. If any damage is found, document it with photographs and contact our logistics team immediately at service@vintaradesign.com. It's important to report this before accepting the delivery to ensure your issue is promptly addressed.
  • If the estimated delivery times do not meet your expectations, you must notify us in writing within seven days of placing your order. You can contact us at service@vintaradesign.com with your order details and your specific concerns.
  • If you are not prepared to receive your order on the anticipated delivery date, please contact our logistics team as soon as possible to arrange a hold. Be aware that holding fees charged by the carrier may apply if you do not notify us before the order leaves our warehouse.
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in our prices and should be anticipated. Please consult your local customs office to understand potential costs before placing your order.
  • Yes, for larger items shipped via sea freight, we provide detailed tracking information, including the vessel and container number. This allows you to monitor your shipment's progress directly.
  • Deliveries requiring additional handling, such as navigating stairs or booking elevators, may incur extra charges. Please discuss your specific needs with our customer service when placing your order so we can accommodate and inform you of any additional costs.
  • In case of any delays, we strive to keep you updated throughout the shipping process. However, if your order exceeds the expected lead time, please contact us at service@vintaradesign.com for more detailed information and assistance.
  • For discounts on large international orders, please contact our customer service before placing your order. We will provide you with eligibility requirements and how to apply these discounts to your order.
  • If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to no one being available at the address, the items will be returned to the carrier's facility. It will then be your responsibility to contact the courier to rearrange the delivery, which may incur additional delivery fees.
  • Since our products are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, you will be responsible for paying all customs and import duties at the time of delivery. These fees are collected by your local customs authority or the courier company, and we advise contacting them in advance for an estimate of these costs.

About Return & Refund

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please notify us through the contact form on our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the return process, ensuring the item is in its original packaging and like-new condition to be eligible for a return.

  • Products that have scratches, stains, damages, or modifications cannot be returned. Additionally, items marked as final sale, warehouse sale items, and showroom samples are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Shipping charges from the original order, including Standard Curbside Shipping and White Glove Shipping, cannot be refunded once these services have been provided.
  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, and the product must reach our warehouse within 15 days from the delivery or pick-up date to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
  • The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the costs of return shipping. If you need assistance with logistics, our team can help, but the associated costs will be deducted from your product refund.
  • Returns of made-to-order items are subject to specific conditions, including a return fee of 50% of the total order value. These items must be initiated for return within a specified timeframe, and are subject to the terms detailed during the order process.
  • If your order arrives damaged, report the issue with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery by sending us pictures and a description of the damages. This helps us make a claim on your behalf and arrange for a replacement or repair.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. If that option is unavailable, we will provide store credit equal to the refund amount.
  • It is crucial to inspect your package and report any damages at the time of delivery. Signing the Proof of Delivery without noting damages may void your ability to claim such damages later, as the transporter is freed of responsibility for any loss or damage to your goods.
  • Cancellations or modifications to made-to-order and custom-made items are only possible within seven days of placing the order. After this period, it is presumed that production has commenced, and no changes or cancellations can be made.

About Warranty

  • Our warranty covers repair or replacement of parts found to be defective due to manufacturing errors. This includes costs associated with materials, labor, and transportation for the defective parts under normal use conditions.
  • All furniture products sold by Vintara Design are covered under warranty for a period of one year from the date of delivery.
  • Yes, the warranty is valid only if the furniture is maintained according to the care instructions provided. It does not cover damages from the use of detergents, abrasives, or harsh cleaning agents.
  • The warranty does not cover damages from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents such as burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage.
  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are warranted only for indoor use. Using our furniture outdoors without authorization voids the warranty.

o submit a warranty claim, please email us at service@vintaradesign.com with your order number and photographs clearly showing the defect. Our customer service team will assess your claim and guide you through the next steps.

  • Any modifications made by the customer or by third parties not authorized by Vintara Design will void the warranty.
  • For defects detected after the warranty period, we can offer repair services at a cost to the customer. This includes charges for materials, parts, labor, and transportation.
  • Decisions regarding the nature of defects and the appropriate resolution (repair or replacement) are at our sole discretion. These decisions are final and binding.
